Eric Majette, M.Div

Rev. Eric L. Majette M.Div currently holds the role as Corporate Executive, Marketplace Ambassador, 

Pastor/Minister, Entrepreneur, Consultant and Educator.

Rev. Majette obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Norfolk State University in 1985 and later received his Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia University of Lynchburg in 2009. 

It was in 2014 that Rev. Majette received his Honorary Doctorate of Ministry from VUL, all while achieving the Hampton Roads Excellence Award.  Rev. Majette has also had previous ministry experience as the Founder and Senior Pastor of the former Guiding Light Church International. In addition, Rev. Majette has served as the Pastor of Marketplace Ministry for Cross Walks Church in Virginia Beach, VA, an instructor for the TD Jakes School of Leadership, and as a Contract Instructor for Regent University. He has launched and led several marketplace faith-based initiatives, that were both local and national. As a dynamic leader, Majette’s proven influence is exemplary and has directed his journey beyond the domestic borders into international markets, where effective leadership is key to successful world guidance. He is an advocate of peace and kindness, seeking to be a major contributor in helping to change the world through his multi-facet leadership experience. It must be said that Majette brings forth high qualities of business, ministry, professional, and entrepreneurial experience to the marketplace. Through his determination and assertiveness, Rev. Majette rose to the top of the corporate level as a senior sales executive at several fortune 500 companies including Verizon Business and Xerox. Majette is a dynamic and well sought-after speaker who has elegantly displayed his own business and ministry acumen at national leadership conferences such as the Bishop TD Jakes International Pastor and Leaders Conference and MEGA FEST. He has appeared on several National TV Networks, with an additional project being “Love in Action.” (Aired on CBN). He is the Founder of the Christian Business Chamber and previously served as President.

Rev. Majette is anointed to train and equip ministry leaders as well as leaders in the marketplace and is known to impact the 7 Mountains of Cultural Influence including government, education, business, religion, family, arts, and entertainment. His passion of bridging the gap between the Church and the Marketplace through sharing the gospel on unconventional platforms makes Rev. Majette unique. In his recent journey, Majette has had the opportunity to launch his latest project, “Outta Box Ministries,” a new marketplace ministry with a focus on sharing gospel on unconventional platforms outside the four walls of the traditional church. Additionally, he serves on several major ministry/marketplace-related boards. Overall, Rev. Eric L. Majette’s goal is to continue impacting lives and renewing minds, all while inspiring and motivating others through a humble yet focused approach. This Christian marketplace ambassador is blessed with any opportunities of inspiring and influencing those who meet him.

Amidst the Coronavirus Pandemic, and during his most recent assignment, God call him to lead New Life Church Franklin, VA as the Senior. This assignment was an opportunity for him to help keep the legacy of his spiritual father the late Bishop William Saunders moving forward. New Life Church Global mission is to impact communities and share the gospel across the world.
